As RDG's Worship Market Leader, Joe Kotulak AIA, NCARB focuses on designing spaces that help build faith communities and enrich the worship experience.
Deeply driven by his own personal faith, Joe seeks to collaborate with clients across all denominations to understand the specific needs of each faith community and design environments that empower them to fulfill their mission. A key aspect of his work involves partnering with local, national and international artists to develop integrated art solutions that are rooted in a client's identity and enhance the unique experience for worship participants.
Based out of RDG's Omaha, Nebraska office, Joe is actively involved in local youth outreach and education efforts, including volunteer work for KANEKO's Creative Camps and KidsCan!'s youth programming. Joe serves on the team of the 4 Pillars Collaborative, an integrated consulting group that provides visioning, design, fundraising and financial services to churches seeking to expand their ministries.
