Leann's role extends well beyond the traditional role of Interior Design.
She utilizes her drive and strong communication skills to take an active role in all project phases, pushing the team to be the best. Leann's diverse project background includes health sciences, healthcare, wellness and recreation and more. She looks for innovative design solutions that enhance the patient experience, safety and staff efficiencies. Leann is one of five Certified Healthcare Interior Designers in the State of Iowa and is RDG's Healthcare Studio Director. Leann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Northern Iowa.
