Scott Pfeifer is one of RDG's leaders in the senior living market, driven by a passion to make a difference in the lives of elders.
Scott has been involved in projects ranging from small PACE Centers, to standalone skilled nursing communities, to large continuing care retirement communities.
Having completed his master's thesis on small house design, he understands the importance of incorporating small, resident-centered, home-based concepts into the design of environments for elders. He has juried numerous design competitions and is a regular speaker at conferences such as Environments for Aging, Florida AHCA and The Green House Project.
