Architecture Overview:
Designed to simulate police and fire training scenarios, this seven story (64 feet) cast-in-place concrete structure is approximately 16,000 square feet. The tower includes gas-fired simulations for fire training and line tie-offs for repelling. The interior and exterior of the facility is designed to simulate a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional building conditions and situations that public safety personnel will experience in the line of duty.
