Demonstrated Leadership – RDG Welcomes New Principals

We recently had the pleasure of elevating and recognizing key individuals, great people making an investment in the future of our firm. They include advancements in ownership with 15 new stockholders, six new partners, two new senior partners, and three new principals.  Please meet our newest Principals, (left to right) David Streebin, Patrick Dunn, and Scott Pfeifer, who join our current leadership team. These individuals possess the expertise and the dedication to clients that enable our continued success.


David Streebin, AIA | Architect – “I do what I do because of the relationships formed with clients, consultants, and coworkers.” A member of the RDG family since 1998, David is co-founder of the public safety and security market sector. One of the few architects in the nation recognized as a leader in first responder training simulation, David’s award-winning work has been hailed as some of the best readiness center design in the United States, the Grand Island Readiness Center is a recent example. His work in public safety and security has been a natural crossover into higher education and academic health science endeavors, particularly with regard to clients’ simulation needs. Dave is dedicated and committed to sustaining our organization and the people within RDG.



Patrick Dunn, PLA, ASLA | Landscape Architect“It is a privilege to work with and serve the creative folks at RDG as we aspire towards . . . meaning, success of others, community impact, and the longevity of RDG.”  In Pat’s 26 years as a landscape architect, he’s helped transform the heart of several communities, demonstrated a commitment to quality of life issues, and pushed all of us at RDG to embrace  “walking the talk” in our everyday professional endeavors.  A significant and fulfilling project of his is  the Mason City Downtown Transformation, click here to watch our video.  Pat is LEED® accredited and manages projects for a number of clients in the areas of urban design, transportation enhancements, education, commercial, and recreation design.



Scott Pfeifer, AIA | Architect – My passion is creating environments for our nation’s elders and enabling them to maximize meaning in their lives.”  Scott is a leading member of RDG’s senior living team – a nationally-recognized expert in all aspects of the current trend of resident-centered care for assisted living, memory support, skilled rehab, and skilled long-term care and all of its resultant design forms. One of the few Green House Project experts in the country, he’s responsible for the design of Florida’s first Green House Project senior living community. Scott’s history in the senior living sector is highlighted by his extensive involvement with the organization, as well as two additional leading design concepts of resident-centered elder care: ‘small house’ and ‘home/neighborhood’ design. A member of RDG since 1988, Scott reinforces the RDG culture of promoting a high quality of life through design and practice.
