Grand View University engaged RDG to develop a flexible master plan that will allow the institution to strategically chart a path for their physical campus based on a variety of factors, including enrollment and funding capacity.
Grand View's master plan is organized around three primary functions of the campus facilities: Academics, Athletics and Residence Life. Within each of these three organizing sectors the master plan crafts three different scenarios, providing the University the necessary flexibility to strategize how best to address near- and long-term needs.
