Rehabilitation
RDG worked to rehabilitate and restore historic facades on 20 of the buildings along Main Street in downtown Montezuma.
The RDG team collaborated with individual property owners to provide input on design solutions and schemes to revitalize their buildings and storefronts. Work included property owner meetings, construction documents, Iowa State Historic Preservation Office review of drawings and construction of the facades.
