The new fieldhouse and tennis facility provide much-needed space for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse's growing athletic, recreation and academic programs.
Located on campus for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, the new fieldhouse design is highly compatible with the aesthetic of campus architecture and the newly constructed stadium. RDG's design for the fieldhouse was approved in a student referendum that brought out 36 percent of the eligible student voters.
This fieldhouse and tennis facility greatly augment the university's multi-functional facility assets. The facility contains a 200-meter track and field area, four tennis courts, badminton, volleyball, batting cages, golf practice, archery, jogging track, team meeting rooms, athletic training, locker rooms and storage areas. Designed in collaboration with HSR Associates.
