BIM Model Manager

Calling all model makers. We’re seeking a talented BIM model manager who can provide coordination throughout design and construction phases of our projects. 

This position interfaces between design teams and consultants throughout the entire life cycle of a project and assists with the implementation of our BIM project execution plans. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, seeks out and resolves issues through close interaction with other project team members, offers hands-on training and explores areas for innovative project delivery.

Skills & Strengths

• Advanced skill using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and Bluebeam

• Adept at learning new software, processes and approaches

• Read and understand design and contract documents

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Innovate; finding new opportunities to advance BIM practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills using strong personal management and organizational skills to Adapt quickly

Education & Experience

• Two-year technical degree in architecture or related field

• Three or more years of professional experience using recent versions of Revit focused on family creation, LOD, model standards, and document health

• One or more years of professional experience using recent versions of Navisworks, BIM 360, and Dynamo

• One or more years of professional experience coordinating with MEP, Structural and Civil consultants in Revit

• Experience with visual scripting, programming, and computational design is preferred
