2021 RDG Mentorship Competition

People are at the heart of everything we do – from the way we practice design to the way we express our company culture. At RDG, we believe each individual has the power to contribute to the collective good, and it all starts with making the right connections.

Our mentorship competition is a unique offering that matches students with experienced professionals. Designed to support your growth and development, the RDG mentorship program creates lasting connections, offering the next generation of designers a source of individualized wisdom, teaching and support.
