Career Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator

At RDG, marketing is a conversation that helps us better understand what our clients need and want out of the environments we design and plan. This approach has brought us success, and to build on that momentum, we’re looking to add a qualified marketing coordinator to our team. This individual will work closely with market leaders and other stakeholders to develop materials that help win work and promote the RDG brand. RDG’s Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs, including the delivery of proposals and other business development collateral, and support the development of new initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

  • Manage development and execution of proposals across multiple markets
  • Support and manage award submissions and supporting materials
  • Conduct research related to project pursuits and thought leadership content
  • Assist in thought leadership content development
  • Assist in the development of external-facing marketing and business development collateral (e.g. market brochures, digital and print ads)
  • Collect and organize project data
  • Provide support for client interview preparation
  • Support development of internal communications content

  • Ability to creatively craft communication

  • Understanding of graphic design techniques and principles
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively throughout the organization
  • Ability to actively listen, learn and ask questions as needed

Education and Experience

  • Degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, graphics, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience with marketing professional services
  • Experience with the A/E/C industry preferred but not essential
  • Extensive experience creating content, copywriting, and proofreading
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
