Landscape Architecture Overview:
This plan introduces formal gardens, cascading planters, public art, and pedestrian spaces on the river side of City Hall, and in doing so, re-establishes this area as the “front door” to City Hall. Aesthetic lighting, landscape and stone surround the building and represent the community's respect and commitment to this civic icon.
