Architecture Overview:
This project rehabilitated an 1890 building into a museum and office space. The renovated building includes exterior additions, elevator, interior mechanical, electrical and fire sprinkler systems. Morrill Hall is ISU's first LEED Silver certified building.

The Morrill Hall project posed two distinct challenges: The successfull rehabilition of a building on the National Regiater of Historic Places, and designing the first LEED Certified building for Iowa State University.
