Architecture Overview:
Oak Hammock is a life-fulfilling community dedicated to lifelong learning, fitness, and health. Due to its affiliation with the University of Florida, residents have campus privileges with access to sports and performing arts events, libraries, research facilities, museums, and most university classes. Living units are offered in 21 different floor-plan arrangments up to 2,350 square feet in size. Residences include single-family club homes, villas, and atrium low-rise units. A 70,000 SF commons is the community hub with four dining venues, an auditorium, a library, a billiard room, classrooms, art studios, a bank, and a convenience store. The 22,000 SF healthplex offers wellness programs, an enclosed Olympic-size lap pool and aerobic pool, a therapy whirlpool, fitness and wellness classes, physical therapy, and state-of-the-art exercise equipment.
