Rochester Community & Technical College - Campus Master Plan Update

Creating a campus master plan update that would meet the needs of Rochester Community Technical College and those of several other tenants and shared use agreements (including the local parks and recreation sports fields), all while maintaining the requirements set forth by the state governing board (MNSCU), led to an exciting and dynamic planning process. Following the lead of the President’s office and MNSCU, the planning team was able to develop obtainable short, medium and long range goals that address multiple campus issues. RDG pointed RCTC to an effort to reutilize the existing structures, repurposing and rehabilitating them to meet the needs of the college in order to better plan for the future while reutilizing the past.
