RDG worked with The Iowa Clinic medical and administrative staff to build a new pediatric, family medicine and physical therapy outpatient clinic in Waukee. Shared and staff locations were strategically located to integrate effective staff flow at all times. The functional layout was crucial to providing a positive experience for staff and patients, and interior finishes help create a soothing, patient focused environment.
