As part of advancing the 2018 Comprehensive Plan: Plan Dyersville, the city recently completed a draft update to the 2003 Annexation Study. The study provides information to advise decision-makers on budgets and infrastructure as Dyersville continues to grow.
What: Dyersville Annexation Study Informational Meeting. An annexation study is a document to identify the potential costs and benefits of the future growth of the city. The study is not a plan to annex any property. Rather the study is a policy document to plan future budgets and infrastructure should voluntary annexation opportunities arise in the future.
Why: To share information on the updated city annexation study. An annexation study was previously completed in 2003. The 2019 update includes new growth areas identified in the 2018 Comprehensive Plan: Plan Dyersville.
When: January, 15th 2020, 5:30-6:30.
Presentation shortly after 5:30
Where: Social Center
