As part of advancing the 2018 Comprehensive Plan: Plan Dyersville, the city recently completed a draft update to the 2003 Annexation Study. The study provides information to advise decision-makers on budgets and infrastructure as Dyersville continues to grow.
The city is holding an informational open house for anyone interested in learning more about the Annexation Study Update before Council approval.
What: Dyersville Annexation Study Informational Meeting. An annexation study is a document to identify the potential costs and benefits of the future growth of the city. Why: To share information on the updated city annexation study. An annexation study was previously completed in 2003. The 2019 update includes new growth areas identified in the 2018 Comprehensive Plan: Plan Dyersville.
When: January, 15th 2020, 5:30-6:30. Presentation shortly after 5:30
