Plan Implementation – Zoning Ordinance Update
The City of Dyersville has begun implementation of the Downtown and Comprehensive Plans! Both plans recommend a series of implementation actions to realize the community vision developed through the planning process completed from May 2017 through May 2018. PLAN DYERSVILLE, the city's adopted Comprehensive Plan, identifies the need for updated zoning ordinances to implement recommendations and comply with the future land uses identified in the plan.
The project is just getting started. We invite you to use this site to stay informed about the Zoning Ordinance Update project.
