RDG Planning & Design Receives Workplace Environment Award

RDG Planning & Design is the recipient of the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s 2005/2006 Workplace Environment Award, large business category. Evaluated for specific business practices, RDG was chosen for their commitment, dedication and diligence in creating an employee-friendly work environment. RDG’s supportive and creative work environment is just one of the many facets of the company’s culture, where employees’ talents and aspirations are encouraged to shine. Bringing these different talents, diverse personalities, and unique perspectives together in a working environment, is what RDG is all about. “We know it takes more than desks and chairs and office space – it is the people filling that space who really make the environment”, says president Davis Sanders.

The Kenyon Building located in downtown Des Moines is home for most of the professional disciplines at RDG Planning & Design, while the artists of RDG Dahlquist Art Studio reside in ART 316. RDG is a distinctive group of extraordinary individuals with the shared purpose of making more of life through purpose driven design. This employee driven organization allows employees to “hang their hats” in most any place, as part of a business enterprise with few boundaries.
