Beautiful fields, courts, and locker rooms; comfortable and accessible seating; and lights for nighttime play are some of the more obvious benefits of the new Hibner Stadium and the Sid and Hazel Dillon Tennis Center on the University of Nebraska at Lincoln Campus. However, what’s even better for the student-athletes in these sports programs is a totally different kind of enrichment – including time-use efficiency, increased camaraderie, and a feeling of pride in having a place to call home.
