Kylie Groenenboom is IIDA’s Emerging New Professional

We are thrilled to celebrate Kylie Groenenboom as International Interior Design Association’s (IIDA) Emerging New  Professional of the Year.  At this year’s Great Plains Chapters’ annual Interior Design Excellence Award (IDEA) ceremony, Kylie was honored and recognized for her exceptional quality of work, her innovative and creative talents and passion for helping people.

“While still a student at Iowa State University, Kylie balanced working part-time at RDG, planning a wedding as well as being named a national finalist in the Steelcase design competition.  Even though she graduated in 2016, she shows maturity beyond her years. She has a passion for design  and her creativity shows in every project she is a part of.  In her short tenure at RDG, Kylie has contributed to projects across many different markets including corporate, healthcare, hospitality. and sports. Her passion and mission as a designer is to help people and to foster the relationships of the people around us.  Kylie’s talent and creativity are welcome additions to the RDG Interior Design Studio!”  – –   Cathy Neumann, Interior Design Studio Director

Some of the projects that have benefited from Kylie’s talents are The Grinnell City Hall, University of Michigan NCRB Recreation Center Addition, and St. Ambrose University Wellness and Recreation Center.
