RDG is thrilled to be recognized for our community contributions!! Honored with TWO awards; one earlier this year from the Des Moines East + South Chamber of Commerce as “Business of the Year”, and one more recently from the Chinese Association of Iowa for “Distinguished Corporate Social Responsibility”!

These awards are given in recognition of the hard work and commitment to the chamber and the Des Moines community; and for our dedication to making the world a smarter, safer, healthier and more sustainable place.  But for us … it’s less about the award (although we did receive a pretty cool little glass bobble) … and more about our work and the connections we get to have with the people, the organizations, and the businesses that make up our community.

We believe strongly in being partners to our communities, and we’re dedicated to making a difference – locally, nationally and around the globe. Civic engagement and participation in community building efforts are second nature at every level of RDG, with staff members who are committed to supporting our communities through multiple endeavors; and a corporate philosophy of supporting the collaboration and growth of not for profit organizations.
