RDG Welcomes New Leadership Advancements!

Mitchell S. Elliott, AIA | Architect – Principal

“My passion for creating environments for seniors was nurtured through the 24 years I spent at Vetter Senior Living. As Chief Development Officer for that organization, I was responsible for creating environments that enable and inspire. At RDG, I have that same opportunity on a larger platform with more clients who share our passion for excellence.”

Latest projects include – Brookestone Gardens in Kearney, Nebraska and Magnolia Manor Life Plan Community in Columbus, Georgia.

Scott Horn, AIA | Architect – Partner

“I take great pride in taking a client’s vision and turning it into a physical reality. Listening to a clients wants and needs and evolving them into a design solution is not always easy but walking through a completed project with a happy owner is absolutely euphoric.”

Latest projects include – The Woodlands at John Knox Village and Shell Point Retirement Community Waters Watch Neighborhood.

Jay Weingarten, AIA | Architect – Partner

“I am most interested in creating spaces and places that improve the health of occupants, businesses, and communities through purpose driven design.”

Latest projects include – Menno Haven Rehabilitation Center, Shell Point Retirement Community Master Plan and Magnolia Manor.

Mitch, Scott and Jay will continue to lead with other key Principals and Partners in the RDG Senior Living Market. These leaders guide an overall team of 25 architects and designers located in Omaha, St. Louis and Fort Myers who are dedicated to creating meaningful living and health care environments for seniors across the country.
