RDGoji Open House Invitation – Award of Distinction – Special Event Marketing/Promotional
Our annual client appreciation open house invitation and event carries a long history and fun tradition of creativeness, collaboration and a high level of design. Themed differently every year, by a different team of staff members; 2017 reflected our social media savvy and creativity by designing Emojis for each staff member – “RDGojies.” Every employee was given the opportunity create their own personal bitmoji from a palate of characteristics we assembled. We took the RDGojis and incorporated them into the printed invite, our email signatures, our message boards, our showroom windows, and our appreciation event. The printed invite uses our RDGojis to look back through our social media apps with conversations and commentary about the year’s activities. Check us out ….
Iowa State Parks Centennial Logo – Award of Distinction – Corporate Identity Logo
This pro bono project is designed to be much more than just a logo! It’s a graphical representation that speaks “Iowa Parks.” Earthtones of blues, greens and browns showcase the sky, water, land, animals, people and built-forms that depict parks across the state. The prominent zero becomes a lens through which we view the beauty of Iowa parks.
Chaplain Schmitt Design Guidelines – Award of Distinction – Marketing Collateral
A place as unique as a Chaplain Schmitt, a bustling island in Iowa, deserves a brand that speaks to its offerings. The river, the land, the people and adventure are each part of an energy that is reflected through the organic and colorful swashes. The centric space that these swatches form eludes to the shape of Chaplain Schmitt Island and form a mark that captivates a place of activity. The design guidelines utilize bold fonts and colors to complement the island’s businesses, which will allow wayfinding to become a seamless addition.
