Our planning area extends from 6th to 12th Streets between Pacific and Bancroft Streets (including both sides of the streets) with 10th Street as its core. Change is coming to our area … a potential new grade school. Redevelopment of Grace University property. Projects under construction and plans for other new projects. Change brings opportunity – and both new and established neighbors now have the opportunity to guide that change.
