Career Opportunity: Sports Studio Project Architect

We are looking for the right individual to join our Sports Studio! This position offers the opportunity to directly work interactively with clients, other design professionals, and the public in a creative environment on a broad range of unique sports-focused projects. We are looking for a skilled communicator with a passion for award-winning design, possessing deep technical knowledge, providing proven leadership, and displaying great problem-solving skill. Following are some of the specific skills and attributes we are looking for:

Licensed architect with five or more years’ experience.

Solid verbal, digital and graphic skills for client and design team presentations.

Experience directly working with and managing teams creating design development and construction documents for complex projects using BIM systems; Robust knowledge of Revit is mandatory.

Skilled at developing client confidence.

Broad technical knowledge including sustainable design principles, building systems, building codes, construction detailing, materials, and construction administration experience.

Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office applications.

Proficient in Rhino and Sketchup beneficial.

LEED Accreditation and / or WELL Building Accreditation beneficial.

Experience in multi-disciplinary planning, design, and construction environments beneficial.

In this role the right individual will quickly grow to become a Project Manager, leading team(s) in the planning, design, documentation, and construction of dynamic award-winning sports and recreation facilities (Collegiate Athletics, Collegiate Recreation, Community Recreation and more), nationwide.
