Will is a board-certified healthcare architect with over 30 years' experience focused on healthcare and high technology environments. He is passionate about serving clients, designing creative solutions and achieving beautiful healing environments - especially by working together with an effective, diverse and passionate team of professionals. Will holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University, and is certified by the American College of Healthcare Architects. He was RDG's first employee in our Iowa City office, and now leads that 7-person office.
