Iowa Architect Magazine's Winter 2025 issue showcases AIA Iowa Design Awards, including two projects completed by RDG Planning & Design.

Iowa Architect Magazine, the official publication of AIA Iowa, recently published its 2025 Awards issue, recognizing AIA Iowa award winners at the state, regional and national levels. Two Excellence in Design award-winning RDG projects were featured in the issue: the Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences Campus, a new 88-acre health sciences campus in West Des Moines, Iowa, and the Forest County Potawatomi Community Center, a space centered on wellness, rest and community in Crandon, Wisconsin.

Iowa Architect Magazine advocates design excellence in architecture and the arts and the use of innovative products and technologies. The Annual AIA Iowa Excellence in Design Award recognizes the best architecture projects designed by AIA Iowa members, emphasizing their importance in the community. For each award, a jury of respected professionals from the architecture and design communities meets to recognize the state’s best design work. The AIA Iowa Design Award Programs are open to all AIA Iowa members.
