Designed by RDG, the new campus will support the next generation of health, behavioral sciences and human services education.

The Chicago School shared a look inside its new campus, a historic adaptive reuse project designed to support the next generation of education in health, behavioral sciences and human services. American School & University featured a look at the West Loop campus, which is expected to generate more than $1 billion in economic impact over the next decade, strengthening both the institution and the surrounding community.

Designed by RDG Planning & Design, the campus revitalizes a former office building to create a more modern, connected learning environment for students, faculty and community partners. The project includes classrooms, laboratories, simulation spaces, standardized patient labs, student lounges, collaboration zones and rooftop gathering areas.

The campus also includes one of the region's most advanced simulation centers, where students can build clinical skills in realistic healthcare settings and learn on a campus that reflects a growing trend of transforming existing urban buildings into flexible spaces that support workforce development, hands-on learning and community impact.
