The League of American Bicyclists, a national movement to create a bicycle-friendly America, recently announced its newest round of Bicycle Friendly Business (BFB) awards, highlighting organizations that support the growing number of Americans who choose biking for commuting, fitness, recreation, and as a source of joy. The League has been engaging diverse communities to build a powerful, unified voice for change to protect and promote bicyclists’ rights since 1880. In 2026, RDG joins a diverse group of more than 1,000 designated bicycle-friendly organizations nationwide, ranging from government agencies and Fortune 500 companies to museums and hospitality establishments, all working to create workplaces that welcome and support employees who choose to bike. The firm’s bicycle-friendly culture is embedded in its commitment to employee wellness and environmental responsibility. RDG supports biking as a practical, everyday choice by offering amenities and incentives that make commuting easier and more appealing.
