The State of Iowa passed Senate File 455 this year, which impacts how counties and cities are allowed to enforce regulations related to stormwater runoff from new developments and redevelopment sites. This panel will update attendees about the law and be open to questions and discussions on how counties and cities are adjusting their requirements to comply with the new law.
