Encompassing 185,368-SF of new construction, the community offers 80 independent living units, 42 assisted living units and 27 memory care assisted living units as well as a range of high-end amenities, including a restaurant, bistro, theater, pub, salon and gym. The pub, restaurant and bistro each have distinct design styles and identities, allowing residents to choose from a range of spaces in which to spend their time. 

RDG's design draws inspiration from traditional hospitality design, creating a modern environment that uses abundant natural light, natural finish materials throughout and a variety of community gathering spaces to attract a wide range of age groups and demographics and encourage resident use and socialization. Complementing the community's resort-like hospitality feel, RDG's interior design pulls in natural colors that recall Rivertown's natural surroundings, incorporating pops of color through curated artwork and hand-crafted inspired textiles. The same finishes, style and overall design aesthetic are carried throughout the community, ensuring that residents who age in place within the community can do so in a consistent environment that continues to feel like home. 

In addition to interior design, RDG provided FF&E specifications and procurement, resulting in a cohesive interiors program reflective of the personalized, intentionally designed Rivertown resident experience.
