The Lodge at Magnolia Manor is a new hybrid campus across 40 acres of land in Columbus, Georgia. Providing a full spectrum of housing and care, the community includes 60 independent living apartments, 42 villa homes, 30 assisted living memory care apartments and 72 private, skilled nursing rooms for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.
Set amid lush, green acreage, The Lodge at Magnolia Manor creates a sense of community for residents and empowers seniors to live a comfortable, physical, intellectual, cultural, creative, social and spiritual life. RDG's design, which encompasses 294,700 SF and includes three and four stories of apartment development, incorporates indoor and outdoor common areas to encourage social relationships, wellness and life-long learning. Culinary environments, processes and even menus are all created to provide extraordinary dining experiences in bistros, restaurants and casual venues. The design infuses supportive technology throughout the campus to enhance the resident experience and provide behind-the-scenes healthcare monitoring and care.
The balance of this retirement campus includes 42 paired villas providing zero barrier entries, residential living environments and attached garage parking for vehicles and golf carts. These villas consist of two-bedroom floor plans involving over 90,000 SF of low-density, residential living on The Lodge's life plan community campus.
