Palmer College is embarking on an exciting new venture to enhance the campus environment and provide a dynamic living experience for its students. This project focuses on the landscape architecture services aimed at transforming the outdoor spaces surrounding the new student housing facilities. The design emphasizes flexibility to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of the student community.

The open lawn areas are intentionally left unobstructed, allowing for spontaneous gatherings, events, and the potential for future adaptations based on evolving recreational trends.  A central element of the project is the installation of a state-of-the-art synthetic turf recreation field. This versatile space is designed to accommodate various recreational activities, providing students with the perfect environment to throw a frisbee, engage in impromptu sports, or to relax and enjoy leisurely activities.   The landscape is enriched with thoughtfully selected native plantings and greenery, not only enhancing the aesthetic appeal but also promoting sustainability and biodiversity. Scattered throughout the landscape are carefully placed small and medium-sized seating areas that encourage social interaction and relaxation. These spaces are designed to foster a sense of community and well-being and provide students with inviting environments to study, connect, or simply enjoy the outdoors.
