RDG has a long relationship with the City of Seward, having completed and updated a Comprehensive Plan, a Downtown Plan and a Zoning Ordinance.
Seward is a thriving city with easy access to Interstate 80 and Lincoln, and home to quality schools, Concordia University and home-grown industries. The Comprehensive Plan focused on how to leverage these assets along with a heritage of good community design to create vibrant new neighborhoods and reinvestment in older areas. Combined with a highly strategic Downtown Revitalization Plan, the Comprehensive Plan identifies long term goals along with detailed strategies for new growth areas.
