St. Louis Kolache (known outside the St. Louis area are known as American Kolache) was looking for a new, cohesive and impactful brand identity for a new location in Clayton that would become the brand standard for future franchises. 

Working with the client's logo, our design team created a brand look and a "kit of parts" that can be implemented in each franchise location. The new brand look consists of several unique-to-the-brand elements, such as a custom-designed digital wallpaper, bright red tin ceiling tiles with a star (like their logo) and a custom light fixture made up of graduated sizes of whisks. 

These design standards allow each new franchise owner to enter their community marketplace with a design story for their bakery store that can be customized with unique, local touches.
