Brookestone Meadows was specifically designed to meet the needs of those requiring short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.
Adding these components to the Brookstone Meadows community has helped to create a culture of rehabilitation and overall improvement of health for patients, with staff trained to meet the unique and specialized needs of short-term rehab patients. The licensed skilled nursing facility has 139 beds in a 135,420 SF space.
