RDG in the Media: 301 Grand Office Featured

Office Snapshots features the remodel of RDG’s Des Moines, Iowa office space.

Responding to the firm’s vision of being future-focused, flexible and collaborative the renovation of RDG’s Des Moines-based office fosters an environment that engages and supports creative problem-solving. RDG’s design incorporates a variety of spaces for both group work and individual focus.

The building’s courtyard and a “purposefully tech-free” lounge area were transitioned into spaces for employees seeking respite or a spot to unplug. To encourage a sense of well-being, biophilic elements are woven into the design from nature scapes displayed on a technology wall, to the daylight that fills the enclosed courtyard.
