Essential Job Functions
Serve as the first line of support for end-users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Order, inventory, install, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Apple, and various mobile devices.
Quickly learn new software applications, providing support and training to staff as needed.
Multitask effectively while prioritizing multiple incoming requests.
Deliver excellent customer service, clearly communicating with users to resolve issues and ensure a positive support experience.
Understanding of cybersecurity basic best practices.
Work on-site in an office environment.
Skills & Strengths
Ability to research, diagnose, and resolve both hardware and software issues. Strong understanding of computer networking and security best practices.
Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems.
Builds long-term relationships with team members through positive customer service
A continuous learner who constantly looks at how they can improve themselves and the firm
Experience installing and managing software through ManageEngine Desktop Central, preferred.
Troubleshooting experience with: Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk products, Bluebeam, Fortinet, Newforma, Microsoft 365, Power BI, VMware, Zoom, preferred.
Experience setting up TVs/displays and operating 3D printers, preferred.
Education & Experience
Associate degree or higher in an IT-related field.
Two or more years of professional experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
Travel occasionally, approximately once per month.
