Your hospitality skills will help foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere, while your HR expertise will assist with recruitment, training and support for our growing team. Essential Job Functions

  • Create a welcoming, supportive office environment for 25+ team members 

  • Manage day-to-day office tasks such as opening and closing duties, ordering office supplies and company meals and organizing the office’s library and café. 

  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks, including scheduling, expenses and travel arrangements. 

  • Support the planning and execution of local office and company-wide events, including outings, holiday parties and other gatherings.

  • Enhance RDG’s culture by organizing community-building events, directly supporting team members and looking for new ways to maintain a fun, welcoming and dynamic work environment.

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees.

  • Support the RDG’s People Team with recruitment efforts.  

  • Collaborate with RDG’s People Team to develop internal training and professional development opportunities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR or other related fields.  

  • 3+ years in a professional work environment.  

  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
