The design provides multiple opportunities to be seen, study on treadmills or experience quiet private conversations and study opportunities. The WELL Building principles were integrated throughout the campus and were central to the design execution.
Study spaces integrate tech, natural design and flexible furniture for collaboration and quiet study.
The building’s hybrid learning labs support diverse curricula. At the same time, the simulation center enables students to learn and practice various skills in environments that depict real-life settings and scenarios.
In the Innovation building, the top floor’s mix of state-of-the-art wet and dry academic and research labs spark discoveries, enrich learning and engage students and faculty across disciplines.
The central multi-story space connects the social and study environments with the programmatic and research areas on the upper floors. The emphasis is to have multiple connections and levels of intimacy for users.
