Renovations
RDG completed multiple renovation projects within the existing Lakes Regional hospital in preparation for major expansion and renovation in future phases.
3,440 SF that was used as an education center has been renovated to accommodate relocated Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services. Another 4,100 SF that was shell space now accommodates a new Orthopedic Clinic for Northwest Iowa Bone, Joint & Sports Surgeons. Finally, the existing MRI suite was renovated, adding an updated MRI.
