Studio Coordinator
Market/Service & Location(s)
Public Art & Lighting Design
Des Moines, Iowa
Baseball cap. Fedora. Beanie. Bowler. Literally speaking, there are many kinds of hats. While we don’t ask our people to wear all the literal hats, RDG’s Studio Coordinators do wear a lot of figurative ones.
We’re searching for the right person to join our team and provide collaborative support to a diverse group of designers and planners. The ideal individual for this role has a strong service mentality, is an ambitious storyteller and is eager to act as a go-to organizational person. The many hats this individual may wear include managing proposals, preparing presentations for clients/potential clients, project documentation, staffing, scheduling, facilitating communications between project teams and reviewing and preparing supporting materials such as contracts. This individual will work closely with leaders/managers of our team of artists and lighting designers to both support our project teams and promote the RDG brand.
Many hats mean lots of opportunities and the chance to do something different each day as part of an inspiring and artistic team. If this sounds like a role you’d like to fill, throw your hat in the ring and apply.
