A successful master planning exercise resulted in the first phase of park implementation for Big Bull Creek Park. Two areas are incorporated into phase one; the first area includes a large public entrance and parking lot, shelters, plumbed restrooms, nature play, water play and creek play areas. The second area is the start of a group-oriented campground, with improvements that include a new parking lot, a new shelter, plumbed restrooms and ADA-accessible tent pad.
